QUALITY POLICY STATEMENT

Comelit Spa recognises that the maintenance of quality standards in all activities is the key to our success and reputation. Each one of the Board of Directors (BOD),- the highest level of management - committed to this policy to provide products and services which fulfil the requirements and expectations of our customers in all ways and also meets with legislative and regulatory requirements.

In order to achieve this commitment, a documented quality management system which meets the requirements of EN ISO 9001: 2015 will be established in which the Managing Director is responsible for determining measurable objectives for customer satisfaction and the aspirations of the company.

We are driving action to install the ISO 14001 :2015 standard also to manage the environmental aspects within 2 years.

COMELIT Spa BOD understands and aims to ensure:

* That the process approach, - shown by ISO 9001 - is the base of understanding the inputs, outputs and the sequence of all business-, management- and support-activities in the company. Therefore, we create a complete process landscape of the company, where necessary or helpful we create also the detailed process description.

* That the risk-based thinking right through the process map give us a possibility to create benefit for the company, therefore we use this methodology for analyse and regularly update the internal- and external issues regarding our stakeholders but also our processes, services and products.

* That trained and competent personnel are available focusing at all times on customers needs and expectations.

* That processes are performed in a cost-effective manner.

The system operates from the receipt of an enquiry to completion of the project involving a series of processes which are operated within the business. Appropriate indicators of performance of processes will be used to identify potential improvements in the company’s capability and capacity.

COMELIT Spa continually improves the effectiveness of the quality management system and the objectives are appraised at management reviews at which this policy is examined for continued suitability. We are using several market analysis- risk management- and problem solving methods to reach our targets. The objectives are defined in a separate document : “Quality objectives of Comelit Spa”.

The BOD drives activities to transfer this knowledge, habit and understanding to all employees with priority to the first level of management that all employees are made aware of this policy and are committed to its implementation.

The system is maintained by ongoing verification activities together with appropriate training and education of those involved and the overall improvements sought are monitored as part of the regular management review of the system.
